Rachel Dart received her BFA from the Department of Dramatic Writing at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Most recently Rachel has been the Jonathan Alper Directing Fellow at Manhattan Theatre Club, working on their production of Nightingale, starring Lynn Redgrave (dir. Joseph Hardy). She has also served as assistant director on House of Blue Leaves (Gallery Players, dir. Dev Bondarin), Golden Boy of the Blue Ridge (Prospect), and The Dome (Prospect). Other favorite New York credits include Marge (Summer Play Festival, dir. Alex Timbers) and Dedication, or The Stuff of Dreams (Primary Stages, dir. Michael Morris). Rachel is also the stage manager for the resident and touring companies of the venerable improv company Chicago City Limits.
