Service charges apply to phone and web purchases. Tickets may also be purchased in person, if available, at the theater box office. Generally, the box office opens one hour prior to the curtain time.
Subscribers should email subscriptions@ProspectTheater.org with questions or for exchanges. Subscribers may exchange their tickets up to 48 hours prior to their selected performance, pending availability.

YOUNG AUDIENCE POLICY: Most Prospect shows are appropriate for family audiences. While parents should use their discretion based on the maturity level of their children, Prospect recommends that children be at least 6 years of age to attend the performance. When determining if your child should attend, it is important to know that he/she must be able to sit quietly and not disrupt the performance for other patrons.
